Cloud Grow provides an IoT platform for irrigation automation and living infrastructure management. Our services include real-time monitoring, precision irrigation control, and sustainability tracking.
Platform customers are responsible for:
All content, software, and technology on this website and platform is owned by Cloud Grow Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
We strive to maintain continuous platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Cloud Grow's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for those services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Sensor and device data collected through our platform is processed in accordance with that policy.
Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide reasonable access to export your data.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
